Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit gymnastics. As a teenager She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. After only one year, she could earn her Pro Card at age 17. She became the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a break of six years from her career after she earned her professional license to continue her education. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years, setting bigger goals each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of the year. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card in order to earn her college diploma. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished 3rd in the competition. Summer of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and returned with a 6th place, within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no goals. She was happy about her position. Considering she was battling against best of the best. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body every year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine with single arm lat pull-downs. First, she warms up and then moves on to working out. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way feasible. This is accomplished by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week, with one day being a light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
