Mena Alexandra suvari born on 13 February 1979, in America is an actor, fashion designer and a model. Soon after her first job as a model, she began acting as a guest on 90's television shows such as Boy Meets World and High Incident. Her film debut came in the 1997 dramatic film Nowhere. Through her roles in American Beauty - for which the actress was nominated be awarded a BAFTA Award - and American Pie, which garnered her greater attention, she transitioned into bigger roles. Her next role was Loser (2000), with American Pie actor Jason Biggs. Then she appeared as the lead role in Sugar & Spice (2002). Spun is an independent film from 2002 and the thriller movie Trauma (2004) are the two films she has made her most recent appearances. She appeared in HBO's dramatic show Six Feet Under. In 2004 she was nominated as an Outstanding Cast member at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. Suvari was also featured in Day of the Dead and The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and in the film version of The Garden of Eden.
